Jonah Coleman (DEN RB): Highest blend. Strong APP Rank (NFL.com top overall target; clear consensus priority). Opportunity PC elite — took over the backfield in Week 8 (66% snaps / 41 of 62, outsnapping J.K. Dobbins 41-13; goal-line work; 104 scrimmage yards + TD). Volume solid on a Payton offense. Script favorable: W9 at CAR (DEN ~-3, total ~43.5 → ~23+ implied); W10 bye; then home vs LV and solid remaining slate. Legitimate RB2 rest-of-way upside if role holds (RJ Harvey out longer). Aggressive FAAB in Weeks 1–4 style or if RB-needy.
Mike Washington Jr. (LV RB): Elite Opportunity PC (25 carries in Week 8, ~60% snaps, Jeanty relegated to mostly receiving). Top-tier APP Rank (FantasyPros consensus #1 in some lists; NFL.com #2). Script mixed-to-tough (W9 at SF, SF ~-9.5/total ~51.5 → LV ~21 implied; then SEA and at DEN). Still a clear early-down role winner. High FAAB if you need a starter now.
Antonio Williams (WAS WR): Strong APP Rank (FantasyPros WR1 on many boards; consensus top-5 overall). Opportunity PC high — with Terry McLaurin out (season), he led the team in snaps (~83%), routes (~88%), targets (7), and catches (5-54) in Week 8. Volume rising in a pass-leaning offense. Script OK (W9 vs LAR). Clear injury-replacement role winner.
Tyler Allgeier (ARI RB): High APP Rank and big Week 8 production (191 scrimmage yards, 2 TDs on 16 touches, ~59% snaps). Opportunity contingent on Jeremiyah Love (ankle) and Bam Knight (concussion) status — monitor practice reports. Script weak (W9 at SEA, SEA ~-11/total ~43 → ARI low teens implied). Bid higher only if both primary backs miss significant time.
Malik Willis (MIA QB): Best streamer. APP Rank solid for available QBs. Script strong this week (vs DET, high total ~50.5, DET ~-7). Opportunity from dual-threat usage and recent production. Lower ceiling than pure role winners.
Adonai Mitchell (NYJ WR) and others: Solid but more boom/bust or volume-dependent. Mitchell had a strong Week 8 (7-142-1); Allen and Douglas offer steadier volume. TEs (Okonkwo, Gesicki, Strange) are solid weekly starters or streamers with rising opportunity. RBs like Johnson (high-upside Walker handcuff) and Black are lower-volume stashes.
FAAB guidance recap: 80+ = 15–30%+ (aggressive on role winners); 65–79 = 8–15%; 50–64 = 3–8%; below 50 = monitor or $1–2. Spend more freely early or if your roster has holes at the position. Check injury reports (especially ARI RBs, any Skattebo/Jeanty updates) and your league’s roster % before bidding.
