The two markets agree at the very top and diverge in the middle. Gibbs/Bijan, Chase/Puka/JSN/St. Brown, and the elite TE duo are priced similarly in Vegas and PPR ADP. Mispricing clusters in QB volume sleepers, mid-RB committees, and WR/TE names that drafts still pay for after books have cut the yardage.
Biggest structural gap is at quarterback. Books still post 4,000-yard / 29–32 TD lines on Goff, Stafford, Burrow, and Dak, while 1QB PPR drafts pay a huge premium for rushing (Allen first, then Maye/Lamar/Daniels/Hurts) and let pocket passers fall. That is the cleanest cross-market edge.
Josh Allen is the flagship fade vs. ADP, not vs. overall talent. He is QB1 at ~overall 34, but the passing props are only ~3,625 yards and 24.5 TDs. The price is the 500 rush yards / 11.5 rush TDs. If you do not need that rushing ceiling in the third round, the passing Overs are not the bet.
RB1 rush lines are still enormous (Henry ~1,250, Taylor/Cook ~1,225, Gibbs ~1,200). PPR ADP correctly elevates Gibbs/Bijan/Achane/CMC for receiving, but mid-round drafts are behind several 750–850 yard committee “leaders” (Montgomery, Pollard, Price, Monangai).
WR market has compressed the true WR1s and overpaid a few WR2s. Chase/Puka/JSN sit on 1,325–1,400 yard lines; Rice’s ADP (~16) is richer than a ~964-yard prop; Jefferson’s 6.5 TD line is softer than his WR6 ADP. McLaurin, Pierce, Adams (TDs), Godwin, and Downs are the other way — drafted late relative to rec/yard props.
TE is a two-player tax plus a quiet third tier. McBride’s 97.5-reception line is TE1, but 6.5 TDs cap him. LaPorta (76/842/6) and Tyler Warren (74.5/774.5) look like the best “ADP later than the prop” TEs. Kelce/Kincaid are name-brand Unders if they keep going ahead of those lines.
Camp/preseason already moved a few boards (CMC health, Jeanty/Hampton/Love hype, Dart rushing, Bowers vs McBride oscillation). Treat late-August numbers as live, not locked.
Group key:
1 = ADP later than props imply (fantasy value / Over lean).
2 = ADP earlier than props imply (fade / Under lean).
3 = aligned.
Targets: Goff or Stafford after the rush-QB run; McLaurin, Egbuka, Godwin, Downs, Shakir; LaPorta and Warren; Montgomery, Pollard, Hall (if healthy), Warren (PIT), Price.
Fades vs cost: Allen at ~34 overall in 1QB; Rice as a top-8 WR; Jeanty/Love if they keep climbing without a matching rush total; Kelce by name; CMC rushing upside if you are paying the 2023 price rather than the 950-yard line.
Over leans: Goff passing yards/TDs; Stafford TDs; Nix 3,500; Chase receptions (108.5); Lamb 1,199.5; Egbuka 1,000; Adams TDs; Higgins TDs; Montgomery / Pollard / Hall rush yards; LaPorta yards; Warren receptions; Andrews TDs.
Under leans: Allen passing TDs (24.5) if you are not betting the rushing script; Daniels / Hurts passing yards; Rice receiving yards; Jefferson receiving TDs; Nabers TDs; Kelce yards; Kincaid yards; CMC rushing yards vs an early-round fantasy price.
